Who is Kristan Kershaw & what can she teach you?

Hi! I’m Kristan and I’m a magnesium infused Mum.
I have 13 year old twins (a boy and a girl), a seven year old daughter plus a husband (a fourth child?). They keep me busy! I also run my own business full time and do contracting work.

I can literally squeeze every drop out of every day, because I’m minerally balanced. This means that I’ve got enough magnesium to manage the ups and downs, and I have a high tolerance for stress and the busyness that comes with being a mum of 3. I make sure I have enough potassium, copper and vitamin A too, which all help to regulate and stabilise my body, working closely with the magnesium.

There’s much more to the mineral story for busy and tired mums, but you do not need to feel exhausted all the time. This course will teach you about the relationship between stress, minerals (like magnesium!) and how the body functions optimally for parents, and what to do about it.

When is the next intake?

The next live round of classes begins in March 2020, our first class will be on Tuesday the 17th at 10am AEST.
Weekly live classes will continue throughout the course.

In the mean time, you can join now and get extra time to begin learning and implementing little steps, in preparation for live classes!
Join the dedicated Facebook group and get regular hints, tips and guidance from Kristan even before the official kick off next year.

What you should know

There’s a reason why this course is 8 weeks long. You can’t just buy a gym membership and expect instant results. You need to implement what you learn in this course for it to work. I love analogies, so here’s one to help explain how this program is designed…

Imagine you have a pot plant that has dried out and is struggling to survive (aka tired mother’s). The plant is stressed out and needs some serious TLC! It needs proper hydration, nutrients and time to adjust. If you flood it with water and fertiliser, it won’t be able to absorb the nutrients, and let’s face it – the water will rush over the roots and out. This does not give it a great chance to thrive! If you give it a saucer with some water and nutrients in it, and let them wick up from the base, it’ll take on what it can, as it can, and have the best chance to regrow, regenerate and reestablish.

That’s how this course is designed. Over 8 weeks you will learn and you will implement small incremental changes. Why? This gives your body the best chance to reduce your stress, increase your nutrients and absorb them! You’ll be passing the tips and tricks onto your family too, so they’ll reap the benefits.

You will be given small and manageable steps, which will help you and your family to thrive, without adding to your overwhelm.

If you make sudden changes and turn your and your family’s routine upside down, that’s going to end up with you and them feeling overwhelmed. I know that it will not give you the stable and long term results you’d like for your family.

If you’re ready to dive in and create lasting changes for your family, by balancing not only your minerals – but theirs too, then this course is for you.

If you aren’t sure if this is for you, you can book in for a 15 minute discovery call with Kristan to discuss by clicking here. Please note, these sessions are only to discuss this course and it’s suitability for your situation. It is not a time to discuss results or specific personal situations which would normally fall into a consultation.

Course Breakdown

For each of the units within the course we will spend one week learning about it, and another putting it into place.

Unit 1: Helping ourselves
Digging deeper into the impact of stress plus what we can do to be recognising it, thanking it and learning to change how we respond.

We can’t always control the stress we experience, but as we learn about what is stress, how we are programmed to respond (metabolically and emotionally) and that there ARE things we can do, it allows us to make changes in how we then ‘metabolise’ the stress.

Unit 2: Helping our kids
We will work together towards practical ways you can do more for your kids without raising your (or their!) stress. Whether that is supporting them to sleep more soundly, concentrate better in school or focusing on something else.

We will work on ways to help you help them, appropriate to age and stage and much of it without implementing big or dramatic changes. Baby steps lead to long term gains for everyone.

A big part of what we will do will be learning what our observations and ‘innate knowledge’ of our kids has to do with minerals. Did you know they are connected?

Unit 3: Working on our food
Want to get more of the good stuff into your family, but don’t know how or are exhausted from the efforts you already make?

We will work together to reduce your stress here, drop the guilt and get practical so you can focus on other areas of your family life. Us co-creating to your desires and current skill level is of upmost importance to remember here – you will be supported to learn from where you are, but you don’t need to pressure yourself become the next Maggie Beer or Masterchef contestant either 😉

Unit 4: Practical ways of adding more minerals to our body
Bringing what we have learned through the previous three modules together, this will give you some insight into why we add certain foods or minerals to our routines, and most importantly, HOW to do it with ease and to roll it out for your family/situation.

Beyond these units, there’ll also be access to a bonus module for all attendees. Details will be shared during the first call.
